- Certificate of Insurance with $1,000,000 ($1MM) of General Liability coverage, listing Velocity Estate Services LLC as Additional Insured
- Completed IRS W-9 form
- Government-issued photo ID
- Personal janitorial bond with a minimum of $10,000 in coverage
- Business license (optional but preferred)
- FCRA-compliant background check
- Auto liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000 or higher, with your insurance card or declarations page
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ready to e-sign the Independent Contractor Agreement
