Your Journey as a Velocity Estate Services Cleaning Partner

You operate as an independent contractor — not an employee. You earn 50% of the total job price on every job you complete, plus 100% of any customer tip. Payouts run on a weekly cycle, with a 24-hour dispute buffer before earnings are released.

Before you start the application, have these ready: a Certificate of Insurance listing Velocity Estate Services LLC as Additional Insured, a completed W-9, a government photo ID, a personal janitorial bond, your business license, and an FCRA-compliant background check. You'll also confirm you have your own equipment and e-sign the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Our office reviews your application and documents, your background check clears, and you're approved. You'll receive a welcome text and an account invite. Once logged in, you connect Stripe for payouts and set your weekly availability windows so we know when to send you jobs.

Open jobs appear in your Job Pool. Claim the ones that fit your schedule and service area. Your crew capacity controls how many jobs you can hold at once, and the time-window overlap rule prevents double-booking. Jobs offer a primary arrival window — and sometimes a backup window you can claim instead. LSA-sourced jobs only route to LSA-verified contractors, and estate (5,000+ sq ft) jobs are claimed as a crew.

When you arrive, you pass a GPS check-in within the geofence. A supply-verification gate confirms you have the right materials before sensitive client details unlock. At completion, a check-out geofence (800 ft) verifies you were on-site, and you report how many cleaners worked so legitimate fast finishes aren't flagged. A scope-of-work checklist keeps every clean consistent.

Your general liability insurance, business license, bond, background check, commercial auto policy, and workers' compensation policy each have expiration dates. The platform monitors them automatically — when a document expires, your account is paused until you upload a renewed copy and the office re-approves it. Keep your documents current and you'll never lose access to the Job Pool.

Approved earnings transfer to your Stripe-connected bank account every Friday and typically clear in 1–3 business days. Your 50% split is locked to the total job price — promotions and discounts are absorbed by the platform, never by your payout.

Each job has a private dispatch chat between you and the office for last-minute access changes or questions. For anything else, reach the Velocity Estate Services team through the support contacts in your dashboard.
