Before You Apply
Everything you need to know about joining our tier-1 provider network—compliance thresholds, insurance parameters, and multi-phase project dispatch flows.
You operate as a fully independent contractor business entity. Project payouts are structured on a milestone basis per individual work order. All partners must adhere to absolute client privacy and non-poaching covenants.
Before applying, ensure your business has these ready: Active CT HIC or specialty trade license, Accord proof of $1M/$2M General Liability insurance with Velocity Estate Services LLC listed as Additional Insured, $1M Commercial Auto Liability policy, active Workers' Compensation (if you have employees), and high-resolution portfolio photos of classic Connecticut estate projects.
Choose the exact Connecticut counties and towns you wish to operate in. Our dispatch system will only alert your team for projects within your chosen operating radius.
For large-scale masonry or structural landscaping projects, payments are released in structured phases (Deposit, Progress, Final Sign-off) as detailed in your work orders, subject to our secure Pay-When-Paid timeline.
Subcontractors assume full independent responsibility for site safety. For any tasks taking place at heights of six (6) feet or greater—including roofing, siding, or gutter care—teams must strictly utilize certified personal fall protection systems.
Our system automatically tracks document expiration dates. Automated alerts are sent 90, 60, 30, and 15 days prior to expiration. Profiles with expired documents automatically shift to a suspended status, pausing all project dispatches.
We service high-net-worth residential estates. Taking interior photographs, sharing property location data online, or trying to contact or poach clients directly without written approval is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a 50% liquidated damages fee of the total project value and immediate platform removal.
You will fill out your operating territories, upload your three compliance insurance certificates, and digitally sign the master contractor agreement on the next screen.
