Velocity Estate Services LLC ("Velocity Estate Services," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and store it, and the limited circumstances under which it is shared when you book an interior cleaning service, request an exterior property project quote, or contact us through our website.

1. Information We Collect

To schedule and fulfill your interior cleaning appointment or exterior property project, we collect:
  • Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
  • Property details: service address, bedrooms, bathrooms, home size, and notes about access (e.g., lockbox codes, pets, or condition of the home). For exterior projects we also collect the trade requested, project timeline, site details, and any property photos you upload with your request.
  • Payment details: card information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications: messages you send us, including inquiries submitted via our quote form or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the service: preparing quotes and project proposals, scheduling appointments and on-site assessments, dispatching and coordinating service professionals, processing payments, deposits, milestone invoices, and refunds, sending reminders and confirmations, handling cancellations, and responding to your questions. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our services and website.

3. What We Share With Service Professionals

For interior cleanings, we share only the minimum details necessary with the assigned cleaning professional: your name and the service address. We do not share your email address, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data with the cleaner. For exterior projects, the assigned trade partner additionally receives the project information required to perform the work — trade scope, site access instructions, and scheduled assessment and project dates. All scheduling, payment, and customer-communication flows remain internal to Velocity Estate Services.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the service:
  • Stripe — securely processes all card authorizations, captures, and refunds. Card data is handled entirely within Stripe's PCI-compliant environment.
  • Email, communications & financing providers — used to send quotes, confirmations, and reminders, to receive your inbound inquiries, and — when you apply at checkout on a qualifying exterior project — to process your third-party financing application.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy and security terms. We never sell your personal information.

5. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your information is stored within our booking platform, which uses access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is limited to authorized Velocity Estate Services administrators. Payment data never touches our own infrastructure — it is handled exclusively by Stripe.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer records for as long as necessary to provide the service, process payments and refunds, respond to disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

7. Mobile Messaging and SMS Privacy Policy

Velocity Estate Services LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect phone numbers during our booking and checkout process solely to provide automated transaction alerts, scheduling updates, payment failure notifications, appointment reminders, and exterior project updates tied directly to your interior cleaning appointments and exterior property projects. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

No Sharing of SMS Data: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All data collection categories mentioned in this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is strictly kept private and used only for internal operational communication.

Opting Out: You can cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. Once sent, you will receive a final confirmation text, and we will no longer send messages to your mobile device.

8. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a Connecticut resident, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act gives you the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of any targeted advertising or sale of data.
